When she gives advice to fellow entrepreneurs as they go through the process of establishing their own paths, Sara explains that perfectionism is often a hurdle that hinders progress.

"What kept me from making the jump was the concept of how I wanted the outcome to be. This isn't a concept that you just turn off. You have to be bold enough to even start with a concept that's small. "Not to just do nothing to not begin however, to start," she says.

"If you're able to express a strong feeling or opinion on something and would like to try an alternative, do your feelings or opinions. If you feel that something isn't functioning, you're probably correct. All it boils down to believing that you'll capable of making a difference which is substantial. Many people are talking the issue, but you may be the person to act and take something regarding it. ."
