If you wish it, you may also create a customized error message for each restriction. This message is shown to anyone who attempts to sign up.

Doing so gives users the ability to end their subscriptions that are recurring.
What's the latest additionto the cancellation process is that it now has the "Cancel Override" functionality. By enabling this feature, any member who clicks the cancel button in the Account > Subscriptions section will be automatically directed to a customized website.
The Cancel-Override add-on use cases
With the Cancel Override Add-on it's not necessary for the conversation to finish with "cancel my account". You can use the site to explore items like discount codes, downgrades and even free trials..
Additionally, you can utilize the page to gather cancellation information. As an example, you could conduct a survey with a forms plugin to better understand why users are cancelling. Then take that info and work to create improvement.

The new Account Nav Tabs Add-on allows you to add custom navigation tabs to the member's accounts page.
You can add new content (for example, a article or page) or let your link go to an outside URL. You also have the option to display the navigation hyperlink on the same place or open it on a different page.

Here are a few suggestions...

- URL for WordPress plugins. If a plugin offers a shortcode that can be added into a tab. This will give users super-easy access.
- Forms that are currently in use. Similar to plugins, every forms that have a shortcode could be added to tabs.
- House your downloads. It should be easy for clients to get access to downloads such as template files, eBooks, images, etc.
- Build a video library. Keep your video collection in one easy to access area.
