Don't let me take the idea in the wrong way. It's fine if you have an interest in marketing and you're proficient in teaching the elements coaches seek. If you're a passionate person, teaching is fine. only those experts in the field you are teaching.

There is a fact that the majority of people don't have the experience or the enthusiasm regarding this. It's not what they're trying to teach people -however they think this is the sole thing that they are able to achieve.

This isn't the intention of you to let go of the lessons you've learned throughout your life and get caught up in only coaching other coaches in becoming an effective coach.

Consider this in this manner: When you coach by utilizing your personal experiences People appreciate you. However, if you just guide others in the best ways to be a coach, that's something that people consider to be valuable.

If so, your "secret ingredient" is not important. It means your life lessons don't matter. Your personality does not need to be considered since it's interchangeable.
