The Passive word means: Designing and Developing Online courses requires active involvement.
In the majority of service-based companies that generate income through leveraged and passive products are a gorgeous idea, but there's a myriad of psychological and mental concerns that may arise while stepping into this realm. There's a misconception that passive income is the most lucrative type of income. Sure, you get to make money in your sleep and go on a trip to the ocean. You're right, but there's no need to sell it to me.
What if you actually consider the clients who are purchasing your program? If, for instance, you didn't WANT to go on a trip to the beach however, you'd rather to remain in the area, hold some hands, answer some concerns, and really support your customers through the program?
Do you think that makes you the wrong businessperson?
Do you think that this means you're simplyleveraging however you're not creating a true passive income, so it's a failure?
Not at ALL.
I'm here to tell you that Leveraged is now the latest black.
In addition that, passive income has been a major source of income in 2014.
Successful online course creators remain in touch with their clients
Beautiful, heart-centered entrepreneurs are putting together BRILLIANT leveraged programmes, while remaining connected to their community And people love them for it.
In an age where potential clients have ALREADY joined dozens of online programs, never to complete them, another self-study program is just white noise.
In this day and age, people have a pity on being pushed through automated funnels, lead generators, and generally forced to leap through hoops to determine how much cash you'd like, and how to pay this to you Online buyers are pushed away. Saying no. Deciding to wait until they are able to work with someone one-on-one or in a high-touch group program that requires lots of face-to-face interaction.
Connected course creators This could be GREAT news.
Personally, I don't believe it's part of my genetics to earn a truly passive income. My first ever real product that was passive in income was a calendar for yearly entrepreneurs, and it cost just $19.98. At the time of my first launch it, I sold 170 copies which were stunning. Then, I began communicating with customers who purchased it to make sure they were filling it in, to find out how they liked it and if they had any suggestions, to provide suggestions on how to keep it alive all through the year.
It was by no means an income-generating product that was passive. Actually, I was chastising those who purchased it to discover what they thought about it and then assist them in using it!
Then, one year later, I released the Heart and Soul planner again in the latter half of the year of 2015. This time, it included two live group workshops that I conducted, one of which was walking people through the pages through the pages, asking questions and providing ideas, and the second workshop in which I assisted individuals develop their own implementation strategy to make sure the planner did not turn into a dust-catcher.
Through transforming my non-profit product into one that could be leveraged I found several advantages to both sellers and buyers alike:
- I felt more CONNECTED to those who bought I was able to make sure that people got excellent value. This was wonderful for me, and good for them.
- I created a TRIBE - we were all on the live call together, and people were connecting with each other, cheering each other on and providing suggestions and ideas. There was no divide and conquer - instead, it was about uniting and be connected.
- People became familiar with me, and consequently, my KLT (know and trust) rating soared.
- Conversion to better product was awe-inspiring - on the 256 ladies who bought this time, around, three are now VIP clients fourteen of them have enrolled in one of my signature programs, and at least 20 have joined my business school within just six weeks. The conversion will continue throughout the year I believe.
If you're brainstorming ideas for your next course, program or product, you should give thought to creating something that is more energised, as well as not as passive. Sure, you might have to show up to be more consistent in your efforts.
However it is possible to find that you like the idea.
