Louise Cherry Barber: Danica We're announcing our Springie Award Winner for the third quarter of 2023! What is your motivation for winning this Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt is incredibly satisfying and extremely content knowing that I have a significant part of my personality within my everyday actions. It was nice knowing that my work was noticed by others, and that it was acknowledged as well-liked by people who have energy and confidence. In addition, I realized that this wasn't solely the result of an amount and also the manner in which I was viewed by the numerous work environments I've been employed at and more so because of who I am as well as the accomplishments that I've accomplished that exceeded a certain amount. It was wonderful to be acknowledged by my own uniqueness as a person. It was really touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: This work is remarkable and should be acknowledged. The thing I'm interested in is whether you can discuss particular points like when you were interviewed, and more particularly, the moment when you worked on your project in the benchmarking software was praised by a few of people. Can you provide more information on this?

Danica LarsenYes It's true that I've done many hours of effort. I'm happy to be recognized. It was a little amazed to find the benchmarking project as one of the initiatives which was recognized for its inability to be way from being at the start of the project and there is an immense amount of work to be completed. It is the enthusiasm of everyone who are interested about the initiative. The project will bring many advantages. I'm hoping it will bring so much value not only to us, but to our buyers, customers and our vendors. And we'll help in understanding the ways we could improve as time passes, much like the way we've observed that it benefits us by having acknowledged. That's why being discussed in the early stage of becoming the beta-stages that have many similarities with the beta-stages currently in use. This was great, because this means there are others who share the same views.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our values for the company to Be different, Be conscious and act effectively. I'm curious about what you think about these values.

Danica Larsen Danica Larsen: What's most crucial for them is pursuing the correct course and understanding the right thing to do. This means that they're taking into consideration the circumstances and looking into the subject and making a decision swiftly before making a decision. This is something I insist on each and everyday... and also when I look at other employees as well as employees of Support Team members. Support Team. By it, I'm saying that they are sharing the same belief system with the customers they interact daily. They're always carrying the most in-depth knowledge, and at the forefront, trying to grasp and implement quickly which is essential in order in completing these duties. As an organization, we can't keep working alongside us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What can you offer to other people who might face the same issue ? Do you think anyone is likely to adhere to these guidelines? Are you able to offer suggestions for ways to ensure they're not a blunder?

Danica Larsen You can be sure to know that I speak solely from my point of view. The most important thing is to be aware of how things are going to be done in the most effective way. If you work with multiple organizations, companies, and sellers, every one whom is associated with you must know the rules and their motivations and the way we do and how we act. It's known as "seeking to understand" and is something we could do while in ignorance. The first tip I have is to listen to the views of those around you.
