What we're tracking: ( expanded / new)
- The monthly recurring income is the single most important metric for a membership business. It provides the answer to: How much money will I make? Our metrics now clarify the reasons behind the numbers (including LTV and ARPM).
- Net income tells you how much money you made last month (minus refunds) and also where it originated from.
- Paying members allows you to explore the amount of monthly members that are in your account- and the changes that impact that total.
- Churn displays the amount of money you've lost -- voluntary or involuntary and also the total amount that was churned.
