A roundup of new features and improvements

It's been a busy summer here at our virtual HQ! The past couple of months we've hired a plethora of new engineers, designers as well as customer service reps to better serve you and expand all the tools and features necessary to make you successful.

In the meantime Here are a few of the ways we've been striving for you to ensure your experiences are more enjoyable.

Live-streamed Lessons using Zoom

It's been among the most popular feature requests and something that we're very excited to share!

This also means that the entirety of your reports is consolidated into one location, providing you a holistic view of your students' progress and completion rates.

Engage with students using Intercom

Highways.io). Intercom is a live chat tool that allows you to interact directly with your site visitors and enrolled students.

Enhanced User Experience

We know that features can only be effective if you are able to use them! We're constantly striving to make your experience smooth and our products more intuitive. We've done this by making several important adjustments:

1. A better Site Builder

Alongside the classes themselves, Site Builder is where you can design your own pages to sell your classes or offer exclusive content for members only.

• Now you can begin editing your site directly through the live preview. Just click the section you want to edit and start right away.

• Selecting a place to put your landing page buttons is much more clear and simpler.
• Now you can reorder customized fields on your sign-up request form.
    Custom field let you capture vital information about your customers as they sign-up. Previously, once you had set the fields in your form, you couldn't move them around without losing any data. The new form allows you to drag and drop the fields at any time you wish!

2. It is easier to see what students will see

The preview feature has been enhanced to make it easier for you to look at your classes from your student's perspective. There are three ways of viewing the course from a student's perspective:

• preview of the lesson currently in progress that displays the lesson that you currently have selected from the course builder. If it is a draft that is not yet completed, you'll be able to see it to check it out.
• Preview all course lessons It will display all your lessons starting from the first lesson of the class. If any lessons are in draft they will be able to see them for testing purposes.
• The preview course will be presented to you in the form of a student: This is a preview of all your lessons beginning with the first lesson of the course. Just like how a student experiences your course should any lessons be in draft, you will not be able to access them!

3. New Question & Survey Reporting by Student

Numerous creators select specifically for our powerful assessment features, like questions, Assignments and Surveys. But, up until recently, it was quite cumbersome to find all those assessments for one student.

Now you can find an "Quiz & Survey" tab within each student's profile. Here you can see each individual's performance in all of the classes they're taking. Now you can:

• Check out all the Quizzes and Surveys your student has completed
• See scores for each quiz
• Download CSV of all individual answers. CSV of every individual answer

4. Improvements in Coupon Management

Coupons can be a reliable and versatile tool that allow the user to provide discounts or even make B2B deals, charging a single price for the entire group and then distributing coupons that are 100% off to redeem.

We've added a few modifications to make managing your coupons a lot easier:

• You can use the search bar to find particular coupon codes
• Now you can see all the remaining coupons all in one convenient table
