The Hamburg tattooist and artist Ines Hassler, who is known by her stage name of Frau Ines lives her existence through her talents and creativity and also her dedication and determination towards the art community who live in Hamburg.
"Creative exchange, communication and feeling like you are part of a community are essential for my personal development and have had an enormous influence on my professional growth," says Ines. Artist in full-time since the age of just a couple of years young, Ines studied a variety of fields related to art as a student at the University prior to settling on what seemed to be the best option for her: making. "But after a few of time working with companies," she says, "I started to see that I was far more dedicated to what I did when I had time off, rather than being employed by large companies as well as clients. It's the reason why I made the decision to establish my own company as a full-time artist in the art world."

Utilizing creative diversity as a motivational tool
"The diverse nature of my day-to-day tasks keeps me engaged and entertained" she says. "The most difficult thing to me is working on the same project every day. I like switching between projects, and working in different groups and striving for the same goals. My job feels like something I can do for fun."
"But reality is that it's not always easy," she acknowledges, "especially during times of outbreaks, or when deadlines for various parties come together. This could be a huge source of stress and at times, overly. My role is to keep an equilibrium that is healthy."
"In everything in the world, self-awareness triumphs," Ines adds. "Sometimes it's difficult in my situation to accept the ability to look at my job. For me, I believe that it's more than just work, it's an obsession."
