Most kids start their initial business ventures as entrepreneurs, offering snacks to friends, Morgan Hipworth took his early curiosity about food to the next step. The young , naive and inexperienced founder of the cult Australian baker Bistro Morgan was able to develop an appreciation for food through watching cooking shows when he was about seven years old.

"I saw other children on TV working towards their goals and I realized, "If they're capable of this, then I'm capable of it too,'" Morgan says. After that, he put his belief into action "Each weekend, I would prepare three meals for my family and parents and serve my food in the dining room of my family," he says. "I expanded my clients to extend families by offering homemade sweets for birthday celebrations and other events." At age 13 I was invited to take snacks to a restaurant located in the region. The chef was also in charge of their supply of bakery products and sweets.

"Being being able to be able to share the business's story and let customers join in the journey is a fundamental part of creating a loyal customer base" He states. "Connection is the most important thing which is what transforms a one-off client to a long-term customer who will stay with you throughout the years."
