When when she was a young child the New Zealand-based designer as well in the field of art Evie Kemp was a fan of art and design. "It was during this time when I realized that I could truly identify my unique voiceand accept my quirks that I'd hidden aside for years."

Over the past 15 years, which are now past since the time she made the decision to improve her expertise in the area she's passionate about, her determination and expressive voice has helped her establish her own company. "I discover increasingly that I'm more determined, lively and creative than I've been before" she says. "It's a bit like the old "Which one is it?, the chicken or the egg dilemma?. I'm not sure whether I become more confident and relaxed with me as my work gets vibrant and exuberant or even if it's the contrary. My style isn't one that I'd call 'developing' however it is certainly developing."
