Louise Cherry Barber: Danica There's a Springie Award Winner for our 3rd quarter in 2023! Would you like to tell us the importance that led you to win this Springie Award here at ?

Danica Larsen:It is incredibly exhilarating as well as really inspiring feeling that I had brought something of me- my interesting persona throughout my life. It was good to see that people knew of me and I was greeted with an enthusiastic welcome and appreciation by way of a smile, not only because I had an exact number of points. It was how I felt about being perceived, and also other workplaces I've attended however, for the type of person I am, and for the achievements in which I've surpassed being a number.
