Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congrats on winning our Springie award. This was long past due. We'd like to think that you're shocked when we announced it.
Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. It's incredible what we can trust as a groupwithin our PSI team. This is one of the most impressive teams of people I've had the privilege of working with. And to listen to what they said about what I do was extremely moving. These exact words may be reversed, and targeted towards each of them. We really have each other's backs. Anything that individuals do is something we take the responsibility as a whole as well as good as well as bad. If something isn't working and something goes wrong then we'll work together to fix the issue. Therefore, I wouldn't be successful without those guys. They're very special for me. It's far more than the award, certainly. But the award definitely felt great to be given it.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. It was truly amazing for I to observe all of your team members get to be around talking about the experience on your team that you've made. It's great to know that the team's importance has been to your experience in this place. When you think about your options for the Springie Award, and living according to the values of creating a positive impact by seeking to understand and acting in a timely manner, what advice do you have for people- you know, you've worked with us for almost nine years. What do you think? What do you accomplish to embody these values? How can you make them real?
Jon Tewes:You know that I've been working in a variety of organizations that have various beliefs. The values that we have currently closely reflect my basic values. So, being without them is quite alien for me. This isn't a conscious decision, something that I strive to reach. This is how I view the world. Making a difference, understanding the importance of the work you're doing are fundamental principles that guide my business each day. We're working closely with sellers that are taking the plunge. It's about interacting with them, and cooperating with them to know what the issue is to find a answer quickly and give them the best selling experience is my way of living every day life. It's great to have a business that is like the way I do things and that I am not required to take on any responsibility.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's not difficult to lose track of it as it's element of who you are. As you think about your life during this time What were the most satisfying elements in your life ?
Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've spotted that I've been around for a very long time. But at the base of my being, I'm pumped to complete my task. That's what's the reason? The reason is that, as I've already mentioned that I am a part of a group, namely the folks whom I work with. I believe it's more beneficial to be in a class. Also, we have an online platform. We are able to utilize, inside the market for the merchants who are of record. We are leaders, and I'm privileged of working alongside those incredible individuals who are shaping our future . That's why I'm here.
