Task to be completed Sales team members want to push self-serve transactions from your CRM to ensure they will be able to view customer purchase to inform their upsell and upgrade strategy with self-serve customers.
For our second example built in this series we'll be featuring a design by Fred Linfjard showing how you can integrate self-service transactions from your website with Salesforce in minutes. This build also shows you an illustration of the way Zapier could be utilized to collect data using webhooks so you can then pass information on to another service Zapier is able to connect to.
For the second part of this build, Fred shows you how to utilize the Zapier trigger to capture webhooks and then create records in Salesforce. Making records in Salesforce using webhooks lets teams attribute sign ups and self-serve transactions to opportunities. This gives teams an all-inclusive record of sales within the company and the team can then use these records to market upsells, upgrades, and upgrades to customers.
