February 2023: Webhook log, ACH, Updated User Experiences And More! -
Release Notes is our monthly highlight of new features we're bringing to the platform, so you'll be able to pick up the latest features for your online store.
New Welcome Dashboard and Onboarding Experience For Free Trials
We've developed two new widgets in order to better help sellers understand how value is delivered starting from the first day.
Dashboard Update #1 The Checkout Widget
First, we have enabled Checkout Preview which, with branding and localization customization will allow you to preview how your checkout can look like with right from the dashboard.
Dashboard Update #2 TCO Calculator
We've also enabled our Total Cost of Ownership Calculator. By using this tool, you'll be able to understand the ways we can save you money in comparison to DIY providers like Stripe. We invite you to check it out and reach out to our sales team to better understand exactly how we can help your business save money.
In addition to these two widgets, we've also added blocks to provide additional valuable information such as: new products, updates to customer stories, thought of the day, developer documentation and many more.
A New and Improved Webhook Status Reporting
As we go into 2023, we are striving for improvements that will improve our platform to make it more developer and user-friendly. To this end we've launched a brand new Webhook Log which displays rich information for each of your webhook event. Now, understand the webhook event's category, what ID it's associated with, how many times attempts were attempted, and more directly from the website.
In addition to getting an overview, you'll also be able access the full details of the event, including its JSON payload as well as its history of responses. Additionally, you'll be able to sort the results based on factors such as the type of event, its the date of creation, status or other parameters to streamline your review of each webhook you're making use of.
