Louise Cherry Barber: Danica You're Our Springie Award Winner for our third quarter 2023! Tell me, what does it mean to you be awarded an award similar to the Springie Award here at ?
Danica LarsenIt is both incredibly satisfying and truly heartwarming to know that I've given many of my own efforts as a distinct persona my work. It was also gratifying to know that others took note of my efforts and received praise and appreciation in addition to being praised for achieving an quantity. I could have been viewed as a different workplace I've worked in as well for who I am, as well as my accomplishments that go beyond a single amount. It was an honor to be acknowledged as an individual. It was incredibly inspiring.

What can you tell us about this?
Danica LarsenYes My team as well as me have been putting in long hours, and I am thrilled to be acknowledged.
