Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congrats on receiving your Springie award. This is much overdue. We'd like to think that you were a little shocked when we made the announcement.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely shocked. We have an entire team within our PSI team, which is one of the most amazing team of individuals I've ever worked with. Hearing what they had to say about the work I do was extremely moving. However, in just the same way the exact words can be turned around and directed to any of the members. We all have other's backs. Whatever we do individually takes credit to do as a group regardless of whether it's beneficial or not. When something isn't working, we're all there to work together to fix changes. That's why I wouldn't be able to have accomplished without the help of them. They're extremely special to me, and, they're more than just an award Absolutely. However, the award certainly felt good to receive it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's incredible. And it was really special for me to be an observer of the team members being capable of bringing together and sharing the stories of your experience and memories. It's also great to hear that the team's importance can be a factor in your overall experience here. If you consider this award, namely the Springie Award, and living in the spirit of Making a Difference looking to learn and acting quickly What advice would you give to the people -You've been here for almost nine years. What are the things your best to adhere to the principles? What is the best way to incorporate them into your own life?

Jon Tewes:You have probably heard that I've worked with many different organizations with various value systems. The values we've got currently are in line with my fundamental values. Therefore, not embracing them is strange to me. This isn't a conscious decision to do, but one that I strive to attain. This is just how I live my everyday life. Being a positive influence, and being aware that you need to be adamant about the work you're doing are essential elements that form the basis of the way I manage my work every day. The truth is that we collaborate closely with sellers who are registered. It's true that we are able to empathize and working together with them in understanding the issues they're going through to come up with an immediate solution and providing them with the ideal service they can get is my way of living my daily life. It's great to be in an organization that operates exactly the way I already do that I don't have to consider it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple to forget about the fact that it's an integral element of who you are. In reflecting on your life in this space, what are your most satisfying things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed I've been with you for quite some time. However, at the core of all that is my excitement to be here You know, and why is that? You know, I've already stated that it's because of the people I collaborate with. The best part is at school. We have a platform for this particular area, is a merchant of record, is the market leaders and I'm blessed to have the privilege of working with these amazing individuals in shaping our future . It's the reason I'm still here.
