Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congratulations for winning the Springie award. This is much overdue. Therefore, we hope that you were a little shocked when we made the announcement.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amazed. You know, what we have in a team -- in our PSI team, one of the greatest group of individuals I've worked with, and to listen to what they had to say about the work I do was truly moving. But just as easily the same phrases are able to be reversed and aimed to each of them. All of us have each others backs. Anything that one of us do individually takes credit with the collective effort as well as good and bad. So if something goes wrong and something goes wrong, we'll all join forces to make things right. This is why I could not have achieved it without the help of my friends. They mean a lot to me. it's greater than the award certainly. However, the prize definitely felt great to get.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome. And it was really special as an observer to hear everyone on your team have the opportunity to meet sharing stories of your experiences. It's also great to hear what the importance of your team members is to you and for your overall experience at work. If you consider the Springie Award, and living by the principles of Making a Difference Seeking to Understand, and Acting with Urgency What advice would you offer to people whoYou've been here for almost nine years. How do you -- in your daily life, live by those principles? How can you bring them to life?

Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved with many different organizations with various values. and the values we're living at the moment eally mirror my own fundamental values. Thus, living without them can be a bit alien to me. This isn't a conscious decision to do, but something I try to accomplish. This is how I view the world. Understanding, making a difference the importance of the work you're doing are fundamental principles that just guide how I work each every day. We're working closely with sellers who are being onboarded. You know, relating with them, helping them understand what their problem is and then figure out the solution quickly, and really provide them with the most pleasant experience for selling is just what I do in my life. I'm glad that we have a company that really mirrors the way that I already do it, so I don't even be required to do anything.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple for you to not think about it when it's an integral part of who you are. Reflecting on your time in this space, what were your most satisfying things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've been with you for a good while. But at the base of it, I'm jazzed to get my job done, you know, and what's the reason? You know, I mentioned the people before and the ones I work with. I think it's better when you're in the classroom. The platform we are able to use, within the merchant of record space, we are leaders, and I get to work alongside those incredible people in shaping what's to come in the near future . That's why I'm still here.
