The idea of a space to share information (without having a website!) as we introduced our email newsletter service natively ("Posts") the month of October. We've now made Posts a place where you can build and foster an online community for your posts with the addition of Comments and Likes.

Your users can participate the same way as other platforms, by liking posts and comments, commenting on posts and editing and deleting them.

Commenting on a post

You are able to enable, deactivate, or lock these options anytime giving you complete control over the community experience.

Enable or disable comments and likes

As an administrator, you can view any published Post when you're logged into your account. You can also write comments and delete abusive ones. Also, you can monitor the level of engagement for every Post, and then sort those with the highest amount of liked and commented on to inform any future Post subjects.

Make sure members come back for more with notifications

Members engage more often whenever they feel they are part of a community that is vibrant and they'll be informed of any new comments like their posts if they've got posts open in their internet browser. This is disabled for members by default (and not available on iOS as well as Chrome on Android) However, they are able turn it on from their Posts pages.
