"Art as Escapism" The CreativeMindClass Blog

I'm born in Venezuela. I grew up in a city that was situated in the region that was tropical and was surrounded by mountain ranges and palm trees. There was however, not a way for me to experience my surroundings in full (partly due to my parents' overprotection as well as my home's insecurity). The majority of my early years, television along with books were my primary ways of entertaining myself , along with drawing! I'd draw for hours my favorite cartoon characters, as well as my loved relatives, friends and pets. I was not permitted to dress in costumes or really anything.

The game was more of a leisure pursuit at first, and I was certain that I'd never be able to leave Venezuela. My family decided then to move to UK and this changed everything for me. When I was 16 I could finally be more independent as well as go on trips by myself and think about my future plans. explore.

My love of character design and narrative was the reason I became interested in comics, which led my desire to draw. It all came together. After many years of studying (and plenty of work) I'm currently an illustrator in London.

My style is striking as well as fun, and wild (in the best way possible!). My style at times is straightforward, but it can also be detailed, but every illustration has an animal or a person as well as an incredible image. I love to believe that every illustration originates from the same place.

My primary goal is to have amusement with it. It's easy to imagine elements that brought me joy in my childhood Bright colors and fun characters who create sly, funny scenarios, and even little things that are fun to get lost in. The goal of my work is to capture every element that makes me smile every time I create the original work of art. If I can make the viewer feel happy , or joyful as if they've come across something interesting, precisely what was I searching for.

"Another important aspect for me is my sense of humor. In the course of time, I've learned that I'm not a professional artist who can create abstract or serious artwork. In reality, I'm fairly proficient making art that makes people smile. I'm playing according to my talents at present."
