Course creators are always seeking ways to improve their classes. One way to accomplish this is by being attentive to the students.

However, the issue is that many students will never be able to explain what's going on in the course. A lot of students will leave the class and/or cancel their account or even complete the course, and then disappear. This means you'll never know the full story.

Tracking the online course's metrics can help you understand what your students think of your class , and then what you can make to enhance the learning experience of your course.

The importance of metrics goes beyond measuring the number of students that successfully complete the course. This course does not guarantee to have an exact completion even if something happens to the student or the causes of the student's circumstances change.

A certain level of engagement within the discussion forum could be a sign of validity!
